18 Information to be given to coroner

(1)

A person who reports a death must give to the coroner investigating the death any information which may help the investigation.

Penalty: $1 000.

(2)

A member of the Police Force who has information relevant to an investigation must report it to the coroner investigating the death.

Penalty: $1 000.
