A prescribed notice may be put up at the place to which access is to be restricted.
A person must not without good cause enter or interfere with an area to which access is restricted under this section.
Penalty: $2 000.
A coroner is to ensure that access to an area is not restricted for any longer than necessary.
Any person aggrieved by the operation of this section may apply to the State Coroner and the State Coroner may order the variation or removal of the restriction.
