Companies (Application of Laws) Act 1981 amended

In force

(1)

Section 6 of the Companies (Application of Laws) Act 1981* is amended by inserting after “Commonwealth Act” —

“ as in force on 31 December 1990 ”.

(2)

Section 7 of the Companies (Application of Laws) Act 1981* is amended by deleting “for the time being” and inserting instead —

“ on 31 December 1990 ”.
