6 National scheme laws
(1)
The national scheme laws of this jurisdiction operate of their own force only in relation to —
(a)
matters arising before the relevant time; and
(b)
matters arising, directly or indirectly, out of such matters,
in so far as those matters are not dealt with by the new corporations legislation, the new ASIC legislation or the co‑operative scheme laws.
(2)
Except as provided by subsection (1) and section 9, the national scheme laws of this jurisdiction have no operation of their own force at and after the relevant time.
