Failing to obey summons issued under s. 96

Current

A person who has been served with a summons under section 96 and fails, without reasonable excuse, to —

(a)

attend as required by the summons and section 97; or

(b)

produce any document or other thing as required by the summons,

is in contempt of the Commission.
