Allegations of minor misconduct

In force

(1)

Subject to section 45G, the Public Sector Commissioner —

(a)

is to receive allegations of minor misconduct by way of —

(i)

reports under section 45E(1); and

(ii)

matters notified under section 45H(2);

and

(b)

may initiate allegations of minor misconduct by way of propositions under section 45F(1).

(2)

Before assessing an allegation received by the Public Sector Commissioner, the Public Sector Commissioner may seek further information about the allegation from the person making the allegation in such form as the Public Sector Commissioner thinks fit.
