65 Police to report on controlled operation or integrity testing programme
A police officer responsible for a controlled operation for which an authority has been given must —
at least once every 6 months while the authority is in force; and
as soon as is reasonably practicable after the authority is cancelled,
give a report to the Commissioner of Police setting out the particulars required by subsection (2).
The report must include the following particulars —
the nature of the criminal activities against which the controlled operation was directed;
the nature of the controlled activities engaged in for the purposes of the controlled operation.
A police officer to whom an authority to conduct an integrity testing programme has been given must —
at least once every 6 months while the authority is in force; and
as soon as is reasonably practicable after the authority is cancelled,
give a report to the Commissioner of Police setting out a general description of the activities undertaken by the police officer under the authority.
The Commissioner of Police is to give a copy of the report to the Commission as soon as is reasonably practicable after the Commissioner of Police is given the report.
