83 Judicial review excluded
(1)
Except with the consent of the Parliamentary Inspector, a prerogative writ cannot be issued and an injunction or a declaratory judgment cannot be given in respect of the performance of a function for the purposes of this Part and proceedings cannot be brought seeking such a writ, injunction, or judgment.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply after the completion of the investigation that it was being sought to facilitate by performing the function.
