105 Matters for which by-laws may be made
(1)
Without prejudice to the generality of that power, the power conferred by section 34 of the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 to make by‑laws may be exercised for the purposes of this Act with respect to the following matters —
(a)
for the prevention of the pollution of water within any water reserve or catchment area.
