In section 4 delete the definition of Treasurer.

(2)

In section 4 insert in alphabetical order:

ASIC means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;

referral day means the day on which the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010 section 5 comes into operation;

(3)

In section 4 in the definition of supervisor delete “broker;” and insert:

broker.
