143 Other arrested people, dealing with
(1)
A person who is arrested under any process or warrant must be dealt with according to the process or warrant.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not prevent this Part from applying to a person referred to in that subsection if he or she is reasonably suspected to have committed an offence that is unrelated to the process or warrant.
