60 Non‑government issuing agencies may comply with request
(1)
The chief officer of a non‑government issuing agency who receives a request under section 58 may comply with the request.
(2)
The chief officer of a non‑government issuing agency may create such records, or make such alterations to existing records, as the chief officer thinks are necessary to support evidence of the assumed identity produced in response to the request.
