89 Forensic orders, registration of
An authorised officer in a participating jurisdiction may request the Registrar to register, for the purposes of this Part, a forensic order that has been made under a corresponding law of that jurisdiction.
A request for the registration of a forensic order must be in writing and be accompanied by a copy of the order, certified by the person who issued it.
The Registrar must accede to a request made under this section for the registration of a forensic order if satisfied that the order was made in accordance with the corresponding law concerned.
On the request of an authorised officer in a participating jurisdiction the Registrar may at any time cancel the registration of a forensic order.
