128 Act binds States, Territories and Commonwealth
(1)
This Act binds this State, the Commonwealth, each other State, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory, to the extent that the legislative power of Parliament permits.
(2)
Nothing in this Act renders this State, the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory liable to prosecution for an offence.
