Term used: property‑tracking document

Current

For the purposes of this Act, a document is a property‑tracking document if the document is relevant to —

(a)

identifying or locating crime‑used property or crime‑derived property; or

(b)

determining the value of any crime‑used property or crime‑derived property; or

(c)

identifying or locating any or all constituents of a person’s wealth; or

(d)

determining the value of any or all constituents of a person’s wealth; or

(e)

identifying or locating any document relating to the transfer of frozen or confiscated property.
