21 Crime‑used property substitution declaration, applying for
(1)
The DPP may apply to the court for a crime‑used property substitution declaration against a person.
(2)
An application may be made in conjunction with an application for a freezing order, in proceedings for the hearing of an objection to the confiscation of property, or at any other time.
