27 Confiscable property declarations, applying for
(1)
The DPP or the CCC may apply to the court for a confiscable property declaration.
(2)
An application may be made in the course of proceedings for an unexplained wealth declaration, a criminal benefits declaration or a crime‑used property substitution declaration, or at any other time.
