125 Resumption of enforcement by Fines Registrar
Subsequent to making the request, the Fines Registrar may take action or further action to enforce the fine under the Fines Enforcement Act only if the Fines Registrar —
(a)
requests the reciprocating agency in writing to cease enforcing the fine; or
(b)
receives from that agency written advice that the agency will not take any action or further action to enforce the fine.
