26 Term used: proceeding
In this Division —
proceeding means —
(a)
a cross‑border proceeding of a prescribed court of the State; or
(b)
a proceeding before a court of the State that relates to an action taken or purportedly taken under this Act by an office holder of a participating jurisdiction.
