93 Offence to fail to comply with bail undertaking
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if —
(a)
a person in another participating jurisdiction fails to comply with a bail undertaking entered into by the person under the Bail Act 1982; and
(b)
the failure would, if it were to occur in the State, constitute an offence under the law of the State.
(2)
The person commits an offence under this Act punishable by the same penalty as is prescribed for the offence referred to in subsection (1)(b).
(3)
If the offence referred to in subsection (1)(b) is an indictable offence, the offence under subsection (2) is also an indictable offence.
