In this Part —
NT proceeding means —
a cross‑border proceeding of a prescribed court of the Northern Territory for the purposes of which the person who is the subject of the proceeding has a connection with a cross‑border region; or
an appeal from such a proceeding;
SA proceeding means —
a cross‑border proceeding of a prescribed court of South Australia for the purposes of which the person who is the subject of the proceeding has a connection with a cross‑border region; or
an appeal from such a proceeding;
State authorised hospital means an authorised hospital as defined in the Mental Health Act 2014 section 4;
State prison means a prison in the State.
