Cross-border Justice Regulations 2009

 ^1M a requirement that the prisoner must not leave Western Australia except —

to go to another participating jurisdiction, but only if the prisoner has a connection with a cross‑border region that is partly in that other jurisdiction; or

with and in accordance with the written permission of the CEO;
