In section 3(1) delete the definition of place.
In section 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:
JP 1M includes a magistrate of the State in another participating jurisdiction;
magistrate 1M includes a magistrate of the State in another participating jurisdiction;
place 1M means —
any land, building, structure, tent or mobile home in a participating jurisdiction; or
a part of any land, building, structure, tent or mobile home in a participating jurisdiction;
In section 3(1) in the definition of mobile home delete “vehicle —” and insert:
