Delete section 50(1)(c) and “and” after it and insert:

(c)

^1M must not leave the State except —

(i)

to go to another participating jurisdiction, but only if the offender has a connection with a cross‑border region that is partly in that other jurisdiction; or

(ii)

with the prior written permission of the supervisor of a community corrections centre;

and
