7 Duplicate licence
(1)
An application for a duplicate licence under section 9(5) of the Act shall be lodged in the approved form with the Commissioner.
(2)
Where a duplicate licence is issued that licence shall be endorsed as follows —
This licence is issued under section 9(5) of the Debt Collectors Licensing Act 1964, in substitution for licence number ...............
