25 Enforcement order, meaning of
An enforcement order is —
(a)
an order as to the payment of costs;
(b)
an order as to the payment of costs of the parties on an indemnity basis, to be fixed in a manner specified in the order, and payable within 14 days after the order;
(c)
a self‑executing order for judgment, striking out pleadings, or otherwise;
(d)
an order under the RSC Order 66 rule 5.
