RSC Order 36B rule 5A modified: form of subpoena

(1)

The RSC Order 36B rule 5A applies subject to this rule.

(2)

An issuing party must, as soon as practicable after giving a notice under the RSC Order 36B rule 5A(2) and

(3)

to the addressee —

(a)

file a copy of the notice; and

(b)

serve a copy of the notice on each other party.
