63 Applications etc. that may be dealt with by a registrar
Each of the following applications and requests, if made to the Court, may be dealt with by a registrar —
an application made under a section listed in the Table to this subrule;
an application for an order under section 10, 15(5)(a) or 20(3);
an application for leave under section 13(1)(a).

A registrar who is dealing with an application or request may exercise any power conferred by the Act on the Court in respect of the application.
A registrar may conduct a means inquiry under section 30 and for that purpose exercise any power in section 30 or 31.
