38R Notice of certain decisions made under this Division
This section applies to each of the following —
a decision to refuse to grant a dog supply approval;
a decision to cancel a dog supply approval (other than a decision to cancel the approval at the request of the person who held the approval);
a decision to impose or amend conditions on a dog supply approval.
Within 7 days after the day on which the CEO makes a decision referred to in subsection (1), the CEO is to give to the applicant for, or holder of, the approval to which the decision relates written notice of the decision and the reasons for the decision.
The regulations may provide for the review by the State Administrative Tribunal of a decision of the CEO referred to in subsection (1) and may provide for the effect of a decision to be suspended while a right of review exists or a review is underway.
