5 Local DVO
(1)
A local DVO means —
(a)
a family violence restraining order as defined in the Restraining Orders Act 1997 section 3(1);
(b)
a police order as defined in the Restraining Orders Act 1997 section 3(1);
(c)
a violence restraining order made under the former RO Act that addresses a domestic violence concern.
(2)
A registered foreign order is not a local DVO.
