52 Offences
(1)
A person must not fail without reasonable excuse (proof of which lies on the person) to comply with a requirement under section 51.
Penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 12 months.
(2)
A person must not, in purported compliance with a requirement under section 51, give to the Authority information that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 12 months.
