Regulation 117 modified

Delete regulation 117(1)(b) and insert:

(b)

is either —

(i)

1 metre or less above floor level; or

(ii)

if the residence or family day care venue was approved before 1 December 2014 — 75 cm or less above floor level.

Note:

The note at the end of regulation 117(1) is to be deleted.
