149A Election of unqualified or disqualified person void
(1)
If a person not qualified under section 76A is elected as a member of the Council or the Assembly, the election of that person is void.
(2)
If a person disqualified under section 76B(1) is elected as a member of the Council or the Assembly, the election of that person is void.
(3)
If a person disqualified under section 76B(2) from being elected as a member of a House is elected as a member of that House, the election of that person is void.
