154 Election papers, production of to Court of Disputed Returns; purposes for which they can be used restricted
(1)
Such ballot papers and other documents as may be required by the Court of Disputed Returns shall, upon an order of the Court, be produced by the Electoral Commissioner.
(2)
Ballot papers or other documents held by the Electoral Commissioner under section 152 shall not be used or made available for any purpose other than —
(a)
a purpose mentioned in subsection (1); or
(b)
for the purposes of the election of a member of the Council under sections 156C and 156D; or
(c)
a purpose mentioned in section 152.
