In this Division —

infringement notice means a notice under section 156(13A);

penalty notice means a notice under section 156(4);

prepared means produced or generated and recorded or stored, whether mechanically, magnetically, electronically or otherwise;

response date, in relation to —

(a)

a penalty notice, means the date referred to in section 156(6)(c) and set out in the notice;

(b)

an infringement notice, means the date referred to in section 156(13A)(b) and set out in the notice.
