175SAG Term used: expenditure disclosure period
In this Division —
expenditure disclosure period, for an election, means the longer of the following periods —
(a)
the period —
(i)
beginning on 1 July immediately before the election; and
(ii)
ending on polling day in the election;
(b)
the capped expenditure period for the election.
