51AA Removal of name following declaration by SAT

(1)

On receipt of notice of a declaration under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 section 111 in respect of an elector by the State Administrative Tribunal, the Electoral Commissioner must cause the name of that elector to be removed from the register of electors.

(2)

A person whose name has been removed from the register of electors under subsection (1) may be enrolled if —

(a)

the declaration referred to in subsection (1) is no longer in force; and

(b)

the person is entitled to be enrolled; and

(c)

the person makes a claim for enrolment.
