3 Reference in declaration or statement to district includes reference to whole of State electorate
In any form of declaration or statement made, or to be made, by an officer, clerk, elector or voter, in relation to an election or referendum, a reference in the declaration or statement to a district is, unless the contrary intention appears, to be read and construed, as well, as a reference to the whole of State electorate.
