31 Transitional provision for Electoral Amendment Regulations 2022
(1)
In this regulation —
commencement day means the day on which the Electoral Amendment Regulations 2022 regulation 19(14) and (15) come into operation.

Despite the amendments made by the Electoral Amendment Regulations 2022 regulation 19(14) and (15), Schedule 3 Forms 35 and 36 as in force immediately before commencement day continue to apply in respect of the filling of a vacancy in the Council under sections 156C and 156D of the Act before 22 May 2025.
