106 Code does not affect existing agreements
The making of the Code or the approval of an access arrangement —
does not affect the terms and conditions, or the operation, of an agreement for access to services in operation immediately before the commencement of the Code or the approval of the arrangement whether under the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Systems (Access) Act 1994 or otherwise; and
does not afford a party to the agreement any ground or reason for not complying with the agreement according to its terms and conditions.
Subsection (1)(a) or (b) does not apply if the Code or the agreement or an enactment provides otherwise.
