120L Pilbara networks rules not subsidiary legislation
(1)
The Pilbara networks rules are not subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984 and section 42 of that Act does not apply to them or to rules amending them or repealing and replacing them.
(2)
The Interpretation Act 1984 sections 43 (other than subsection (6)), 44, 48, 48A, 50(1), 53, 55, 56, 58, 59, 75 and 76 and Part VIII apply to the Pilbara networks rules as if they were subsidiary legislation.
