120ZC Regulations may limit or affect immunity
The regulations may, for the purposes of section 120ZB, without limitation —
(a)
impose conditions on an immunity granted to an entity under section 120ZB; or
(b)
prescribe that an immunity granted under section 120ZB is limited in its application to entities, events, circumstances, losses or periods to which they are expressed to apply.
