124B System voltage or frequency
The regulations may impose, or authorise the electricity system and market rules to impose, duties on network operators (as defined in the Electricity Act 1945 section 5(1)) in relation to —
(a)
the system voltage or frequency at which the network operator supplies electricity to the premises of a consumer at the point where the electricity will pass beyond the service apparatus of the network operator; and
(b)
the maintenance of system voltage within specified limits.
