In force

In this Division —

contravene, in relation to a provision of the electricity system and market rules, includes —

(a)

attempt to contravene the provision; or

(b)

aid, abet, counsel or procure a person to contravene the provision; or

(c)

induce, or attempt to induce, a person, whether by threats or promises or otherwise, to contravene the provision; or

(d)

being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention by a person of the provision; or

(e)

conspire with others to contravene the provision.
