127 Competition authorisation by regulation
(1)
In this section —
arrangement includes any contract, arrangement or understanding, or any market practice or market or customer restriction, division, allocation or segregation of any nature, or a course of conduct or dealing.
(2)
The regulations may authorise or approve any arrangement, act, matter or thing in relation to the electricity system and market rules for the purposes of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) and the Competition Code.
