Part 9ATariff equalisation
129G Payments from the Account
(1)
If a tariff equalisation contribution is payable by the Electricity Networks Corporation in respect of a period, the Treasurer must pay to the Regional Power Corporation in respect of that period such amount as the Treasurer considers necessary for the purpose of this Part having regard to —
(a)
the matters referred to in section 129D(3)(a), (b), (c) and (d); and
(b)
any other prescribed matters.
(2)
Payments under subsection (1) are to be made from the Tariff Equalisation Account.
