132 Regulations as to fees and charges for supply and services
Without limiting section 131, the regulations may —
fix the fees and charges, or the means of determining the fees and charges, that, unless otherwise agreed, are to be payable by customers of a prescribed class in relation to —
the supply of electricity in prescribed circumstances; or
the provision of any prescribed service;
and
deal with any other matter relating to the fixing or determination of fees and charges.
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may make provision for and in relation to discounts, rebates, or concessions to be made available to customers of a prescribed class or in prescribed circumstances in respect of fees or charges payable in relation to the supply of electricity or the provision of a prescribed service.
