38 Authority to monitor licensing scheme and licence compliance
It is a function of the Authority —
(a)
to monitor and report to the Minister on the operation of the licensing scheme provided for in this Part; and
(b)
to inform the Minister about any failure by a licensee to meet performance criteria or other requirements of its licence.
