59ZH Use and disclosure of information
(1)
The Authority may use and disclose any information or report provided to the Authority under this Part to carry out its responsibility to administer and enforce the registration framework.
(2)
The Authority may disclose information relating to the registration framework to the Coordinator, on request.
(3)
The regulations may provide for the use and disclosure of confidential information.
(4)
The Authority must comply with the regulations when using or disclosing confidential information.
