Repeal of these regulations

In force

(1)

These regulations are repealed at the end of the day fixed, for the purposes of this regulation, by the Minister by notice published in the Gazette.

(2)

A notice cannot be published under subregulation (1) unless the Minister is satisfied that there is no reason for these regulations to continue to have effect.
